• Communicate with you about your race registration or volunteer assignment

• Send event-related updates, including shift reminders and check-in requests via SMS text message (volunteers only, with consent)

• Respond to questions or requests you send us

Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number as part of volunteering for the Holland Haven Marathon, we use it to send you SMS text messages related to your volunteer shift, including reminders, check-in confirmations, and day-of coordination. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. You can opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the event (e.g., timing services, insurance) or as required by law.
