PACKET PICK-UP WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE ON RACE DAY, SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2019.
A Packet Pick-Up area will be set up at the starting locations for each event.
8K area opens at 6:00 am.
Marathon area is open 6:00 to 7:30 am.
Half marathon area is open 6:15am to 8:00 am.
To pick-up your packet, you will need your photo ID and provide the street address used for registration.
You will receive your bib, timing chip, and technical t-shirt at the Packet Pick-Up area.
You will receive the size shirt indicated when you registered. No exceptions or exchanges.
If you are unable to pick up your own packet, and need someone else to pick it up for you, they will need their photo ID and provide your street address used for registration.
Participants may change events up to August 26th. There is no cost to transfer bib to another Holland Haven race. There is the added cost if upgrading to a longer distance.
Entries are transferable to another person by August 26th. There is no transfer fee but, the difference in price if the person you are transferring to (transferee) is choosing a higher priced event. The new runner MUST accept the transfer before online registration closes September 3rd.
Race day registration will not be available.
T-Shirts only guaranteed to those who register by August 26th. T-Shirts come in Men’s and Women’s sizes.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Entry fees are non-refundable. That means that once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may transfer your entry to another year.
The Holland Haven Marathon has the authority to cancel the event for emergency purposes such as, but not limited to, inclement weather or threat of terrorism. If such emergency conditions force cancellation, refunds cannot be provided since funds will have been spent in preparation for Race Day. T shirts will be distributed.
